KTM Footwear was established in 2006. Since then, it is engaged in the design, manufacture, and marketing of shoes in the local and export market. KTM Footwear currently has a manufacturing capacity of around 0.6 million pairs per year. The new Lahore factory was set up using the latest footwear technology and is equipped with the most modern fully automatic Italian footwear machinery.

Process, from arrival at the factory to being shipped out to the customer, the system should be able to provide all the information of the vendor, size, grade etc.
The operations management module provides a comprehensive platform for analyzing, supervising, and managing most of the operational tasks. There is one database where the data is collected and stored, which can be accessed from any department.
